When a homeowner in Lehighton reached out about adding a pavilion to his existing patio, he already knew one thing for sure—it would have to be a fully custom build. The space was unique, the measurements were critical, and precision mattered. He had poured the concrete with support points thoughtfully planned, but wanted to be completely confident that the structure would fit exactly as intended. His first request was simple: could we come out for a site visit to confirm measurements and possibilities before he placed an order?
Absolutely.

The owner of Fisher’s Backyard Structures personally visited the property, taking detailed measurements and reviewing the homeowner’s diagram of where additional footer support had been poured. This visit helped finalize the design for a 15x20 Cedar Lean-To Pavilion customized specifically for the home’s layout—and included a key design element: removing the center post to create an open, unobstructed space. It was the feature the homeowner hoped for, and the custom engineering made it possible.
Once the design was confirmed, our team took it from there. On installation day, the crew arrived at 7 a.m. and immediately got to work. Everything fit the space with absolute precision—a direct result of the careful planning and on-site measurements done beforehand. By late afternoon, the pavilion was complete, and the family was able to enjoy their patio under the new cedar structure that very evening.
The finished pavilion provides a versatile and weather-friendly outdoor living area, giving the homeowners a comfortable place to gather, entertain, or relax—rain or shine.
After the project wrapped up, the homeowner sent a message that meant the world to the team:
“Just want to say that I love this pavilion! It really completed this patio and made it much more versatile and usable. The layout Manny did couldn’t have worked out any better… I was blown away by the professionalism, organization, efficiency, and respect of my property by Matt and his crew. They were on time, had everything staged, kept everything clean, were very efficient, friendly, and respectful… That is something seldom seen nowadays and it was such a relief to see. I wish half of my guys worked like that.”
